Skye Pillsbury writes The Squeeze, a weekly newsletter about podcasts and the audio industry. Skye recently contributed a series of articles for the leading audio industry newsletter Hot Pod. Skye was previously head writer at Inside Podcasting and has also written about podcasts for Bello Collective, Timber.fm, and Vox's Eater SF.

In 2019 Skye created, produced, and hosted Inside Podcasting, a show in which audio-makers discussed their craft. During its two-season run, Skye interviewed the creators of podcasts including The New York Times' 1619 Project, Dolly Parton's America, The Washington Post's Post Reports, Recode Decode, Slow Burn, and many more. After its first season, the show was nominated for Best New Podcast by Discover Pods.
